You can pick up the loaner kit at 2:00pm on the date listed above.
Please note that due to the holidays, this reservation is for four weeks. You will need to return the unit on Saturday, January 8th at noon. Please be sure that you are able to return the loaner kit at this time.
No exceptions will be made.
